A guest lecture was organised by the department of Agada tantra of Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College & hospital, Mangaluru on 13th of December, 2021 from 11 AM to 1PM. Dr. Ravindranath Aithal who is a traditional healer from puttur was the resource person for the event. Dr. Aithal delivered lecture on snakebite and its management and also briefed the students about identification of various snakes that are commonly found. Principal of the college Dr. Ravi Rao S delivered the welcome address and also welcomed the Resource person with a flower. Dr. Mohan Kishor introduced the resource person to the audience. The lecture was attended by the 3rd and 4th year students of BAMS of the college and around 200 students were benefitted from the lecture. A interactive session was held after the lecture and was fruitful one. Dr. Jyothi R Joshi delivered the vote of thanks and Dr. Ajith Kamath M compered the programme. |
