A Free Medical Camp on Cervical Spondylosis was conducted on 26.12.22 From 9:30a am to 4:00pm at Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore organised by Department of PG Studies in Kayachikitsa
Camp was inaugurated at 9:30 AM by Dr Udaya D.K,Medical Superintendent, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College. The welcome address was delivered by Dr Sahana, Assistant professor from the dept. of Kayachikitsa.Dr.Jacinta Meena D’souza, Vice-principal,shared her thoughts regarding the topic. Dr.Waheeda Banu, Professor & HOD, Department of PG studies in Kayachikitsa had briefed about the Management of cervical spondylosis . Chief Invitees of the Inauguration ceremony were Dr Ajith Kamath, Medical Director of KAMC hospital and Dr Ravindra Bhat,Deputy medical Superintendent ,Professor, Department of Kayachikitsa . The vote of thanks delivered by Dr Manu Chandran , Assistant professor , Master of Ceremony by Dr Pallavi K S.Assistant professor from the Dept. of Kayachikitsa.Dr Waheeda Banu, HOD, dept. of Kayachikitsa, KAMC headed the consultation at camp.Free Medicines exclusive for the camp was prepared by PG scholars Dr.Salah Sulaiman, as a part of the research studies.Other Consultants,PG Scholars ,Internees were present in the occasion.
